Add someone with their Tufwrap email. You get a private sign-in link to send them yourself (valid 7 days). They open it and choose a password. Editors also see costs, margins and settings, and can manage the team. A new link is also how someone resets a forgotten password.
Every call, email, meeting and site visit with a client, newest first, so anyone on the team can pick up where the last person left off. Claude adds the client emails from Roy's inbox every weekday morning. Everyone else logs their own with Log contact, or on the deal or account itself.
Claude drafts these each morning for sent quotes with no reply after 3, 7 and 14 days. Copy the text into your email, send it yourself, then press Mark sent so the team can see it went out.

Every weekday morning Claude reads Roy's inbox for RFQs and quote requests and drafts a quote here from the rate card. Drafts are marked draft. Nothing is sent. You check it, download the PDF and send it yourself.
Pick the export file Claude made from the claude.ai desk. Every record in it is written into this desk, replacing any record with the same id. Nothing is deleted.
Same formulas as the containment calculator spreadsheet. Every job starts at 175 m² per person per day, and each job condition takes some off, down to a floor of 60. Days = area ÷ (output × crew) plus the contingency, rounded up. The base crew is 4 (1 supervisor and 3 wrappers) at a crew day rate, and weekend days cost 1.5 times as much. Wrap is priced per m² including 35% waste plus clips and tape. Allowances are 4-crew daily totals. The pricing lines update by themselves and have an orange edge. Their quantities are set here. You can change a rate and it is kept. Markup is built into the line rates, so the client doesn't see it. Rates are in AUD, and Singapore quotes convert them at the rate in calculator settings. GST is added by the quote, not here.

Same formulas as Tufwrap Asset module calculator V17. The pricing lines below update by themselves as you change the assets: film as whole rolls, tape, desiccant, VCI emitters, gas and consumables, and the labour hours. Hours are rounded up to whole hours per tier, so 25.1 becomes 26 (70% wrap technician at Tier 2, 30% leading hand at Tier 3). Lines the calculator makes have an orange edge and their quantity is set by the calculator. You can change their rate and it is kept. Film, tape, mineral and VCI desiccant and emitters use their Xero sale prices; anything without a Xero item uses the V17 charge-out in AUD converted at the rate in calculator settings. Flights and living stay in the crew calculator below.
Living allowance, accommodation and vehicles are charged per calendar day on site. Running it again replaces the crew lines it made before and leaves your other lines alone.

Invoices from both Xero files, refreshed by the Xero sync. Overdue means past the due date with money still owing. Press Follow up to get a payment reminder written for that company, open it in your own email, send it yourself, then press Mark sent so the team can see who was chased and when. Nothing is sent from here and nothing changes in Xero.
Every person at every company, with one tap to email, call or WhatsApp them. Add, change or remove people on the company itself (open it from here or from Accounts). People come in from business cards, email signatures in the morning inbox check, and Xero contact persons.

Each client's vessels, rigs, engines and modules, with the next dry-dock, lay-up, storage end or re-preservation date. A date coming up is the moment to call. Dimensions here feed straight into the asset calculator on a quote.

Claude scans tender portals and project news every Monday and adds what fits here. Mark an item Bidding to turn it into a deal.
Claude refreshes this every Monday with the preservation brief: new triggers on the target accounts, the next week's post pack for each voice, and anything competitors did. Nothing is posted or sent for you. Copy a post, put it up yourself, then press Mark posted.
| Account | Tier | Trigger | When | Owner | Next action | Stage |
|---|
Tiers, not scores. A: a live trigger and a route in. B: a trigger, no route yet. C: right profile, nothing happening yet. A trigger is the reason to call now: a lay-up, a care-and-maintenance decision, equipment arriving before energisation, a contract award or a restart. Asia data centres and oil and gas are Roy's; WA mining and defence are Paul's.
The rule for every post: one number with its source, one implication, one question. No product pitch, no call to action beyond the question. A figure without a source does not go out. Two posts a week from Roy and Paul, one from Simon and Rob, and everyone else reshares and comments. Video needs the site's written permission before filming.

Use the permission email in the case study kit. A case study with I.C.E monitoring data behind it is the strongest proof TufWrap can show, so ask for that on every new preservation job before it starts.
